Crochet Hot Cocoa Amigurumi Ornament

Happy December everyone! Is it cold where you are? Here in Colorado it is still nice most days but it is snowing here and there now! One of my kid’s favorite thing to do after playing in the snow is to have a cup of hot cocoa. For some reason, they seem to think it is part of the playing in the snow experience. So, all winter long, I try to have hot cocoa on hand!

I wanted to create an amigrumi ornament. A mug of hot cocoa in a holiday color seemed to be a perfect choice! These are pretty easy to make. They work up fast so you could have some finished by Christmas. The pattern is worked in a countinuous round so no joining once you get started. I hope you enjoy the pattern and make some hot cocoa this holiday sason!
