Crochet Chevron Baby Blanket Pattern – Double Sided – Free crochet pattern

This beautiful Crochet Chevron Baby Blanket Pattern or if you’d like Crochet Zig Zag baby blanket better, is double sided using this technique. My Mom always called it Zig zag so that’s always what I have called it hehe. This is super beginner friendly so I recommend giving this crochet blanket a try!

If you’ve never done a Chevron or Zig Zag blanket then I encourage you to give it a try! They are warm in general, but creating one in the way I’m show you in this pattern will make it even warmer. This is perfect for a beginner crocheter to try. I know because as a child this was the 2nd kind of afghan my Mom ever taught me how to make.

But this way of creating the Chevron / Zig Zag creates a double sides blanket effect!
