Materials: KnitPicks Chroma fingering weight yarn (70% wool, 30% nylon), 100 gr / 396 yards (362 m), color Impressionist – 1 ball

Hook: F ( 3.75 mm)

Gauge: 1 pattern repeat = 1” (2.5 cm)

Abbreviations:

ch = chain
st(s) = stitch(es)
sl st = slip stitch
dc = double crochet
6-dc-Shell - double crochet stitches worked in same stitch

3-dc, 4-dc and 6-dc Clusters:
Step 1: yo, insert hook in designated st, yo, draw yarn through st, yo, draw yarn through 2 loops on hook, 2 loops remain on hook
Step 2: yo, insert hook in next st, yo, draw yarn through st, yo, draw yarn through 2 loops on hook, for 3 loops on hook
repeat step 2
for 3-dc cluster, repeat 1 more time, for 4 loops on hook
for 4-dc cluster repeat 2 more times, for 5 loops on hook
for 6-dc cluster repeat four more times, for 7 loops on hook
Step 3: yo, draw yarn trough all loops on hook

Scarf

Chain 364. If you want a longer scarf, work more c h in multiples of 6 plus 4.

Row 1: 3-dc cluster in the 4th, 5th and 6th ch from the hook, * chain 7, 6-dc cluster in the next 6 chains, rep. from * to last 4 chains, ch 7, 4-dc cluster in the last 4 chains.

Row 2: ch 3, *6-dc shell in the fourth ch of the 7-ch space - rep to the end, dc in the top of the cluster.

Row 3: ch 3, 3-dc cluster in the 3 dc, *ch 7, 6-dc cluster in 6 dc (3 dc from the first shell, 3 dc from the next shell) - repeat from * to last 4 sts, ch 7, 4-dc cluster in the last 3 dc and top of the 3-ch.

Row 4: like row 2

Repeat rows 3 and 4 four more times for a total of 12 rows, or to desired width.

Finishing
Weave in the ends.
