Like I mentioned in my previous post, I’ve been working on creating some of my own patterns. I shared a picture of my Lace Shoulder Bag in one of my first posts, and I have finally got round to creating a pattern template and writing it up. Writing up a pattern is so much more work than I had realised! And I must admit, I haven’t got anyone else to test it out yet and so there may be errors in it… but it is free for you to download and use.

Love this bag! In your PDF it does not designate at the start of the sections to make two lace panel or final panel, so that may be confusing to some. Other than that, You did a good job writing it out!

Thanks Kelly for your ideas on how to improve my pattern! I’ll check my pattern to make sure it is clear enough that you need to make 2 of the main panels and 1 panel for the handle.
It’s exciting to get feedback on my first pattern!!!
