The Harvest Button Crochet Napkin Ring is an easy way to add a handmade touch to a fall tablescape. Crocheted with chunkier yarn, they are super fast and pretty to make for each place setting. A cute wood button holds everything in place and adds a little texture too!

Sizing As Shown:
- 6 Inches Long (unbuttoned)
- 2 Inches Wide
Materials:
- Lion Brand Woolspun yarn (Colorways shown: “Honey” and “Pumpkin”) Note: if substituting yarn, just look for a yarn that recommends a 6.5 hook on the yarn label)
- K (6.5 mm) Crochet Hook
- Tape measure
- 1 Button per napkin ring
- Tapestry Needle
- Scissors

Instructions:
Ch 6
Row 1: Work a hdc in the third ch from the hook, then work a hdc in each ch.
Row 2: Ch 2 and turn. Work a hdc in the first st and in each st across.
Repeat row 2 for a total of 8 times.
Button hole row: Ch 2 and turn. Work a hdc in the first st. Ch 1 and skip the next st. Work a hdc in the next st, then a hdc in the top ch of the turning ch.
Last row: Ch 2 and turn. Work a hdc in the first st, a hdc in the next st. Work a hdc in the button hole space, then a hdc in the next st. Work a hdc in the top ch of the turning ch.
Fasten off and weave in any ends that remain. On the opposite end of the buttonhole, sew a button to the end with a piece of matching yarn. Button closed and add your favorite napkin for a pretty fall tablescape!
