Materials:
Yarn: YarnArt Jeans, Sport / 5 ply 55% Cotton, 45% Acrylic, 174 yards / 50 grams
Alize Cotton Gold, Sport / 5 ply, 55% Cotton, 45% Acrylic, 360 yards / 100 grams
Crochet Hook: 3 mm
Stitches Used: ch-chain, sl st-slip stitch, dc-double crochet
Pattern:
ch-5, join with sl st to the 1st ch
Round 1: ch-3, 3 dc in the circle, ch-3, (4 dc in the circle, ch-3) repeat once, join with sl st to top of ch-3
Round 2: sl st in next 3 dc, sl st in ch-3 space, ch-3, 3 dc in same space, ch-3, 4 dc in same space, (4 dc in next ch-3 space, ch-3, 4 dc in same space) repeat once, join with sl st to top of ch-3
Round 3: sl st in next 3 dc, sl st in ch-3 space, ch-3, 3 dc in same space, ch-3, 4 dc in same space, 4 dc in the place between next two 4 dc’s, (4 dc in next ch-3 space, ch-3, 4 dc in same space, 4 dc in the place between next two 4 dc’s) repeat once, join with sl st to top of ch-3, finish off. Then make a trunk – 2 rows, 4 dc.
